Avondale Amateur part of Karrie Webb Series
Golf Australia confirmed earlier this week that The Avondale Amateur will form part of the Karrie Webb Series. This is an honour and very special for Avondale Golf Club as our very own Avondale Scholarship member Grace Kim has been a recipient of this prestigious award for the past 2 years.
The Karrie Webb Series is proudly sponsored by Karrie Webb in conjunction with Golf Australia. This series has been designed to Award the top 2 women amateur players with a chance to go to the United States and visit with Karrie during one of her professional tournaments and experience life on the LPGA tour. The Series comprises up to 13 events annually and forms part of the Australian Women’s Amateur Ranking System.

“Having a tournament at my home course and forming part of the Karrie Webb Scholarship is just great news to me.
